Agreement
By creating an account or using an invitation link you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Inviteroll.
Accounts
Hosts must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where they live) and keep their password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account and for the events you create.
Only add guests whose contact details you are allowed to use, and only invite people who would expect to hear from you.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not upload or share content that is sexually explicit, involves minors in any sexual or harmful way, is violent, hateful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or shows people in a private situation without their consent.
Anyone viewing an event can report a photo. Reported photos are hidden immediately. We review every report within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these terms, and suspend or close the accounts responsible. Hosts can also hide or delete any photo in their event and block a guest, which stops that guest from responding or uploading and hides their photos.
To report content or a user, use Report on the photo or write to [email protected].
Your content
You keep the rights to the photos and text you upload. You give us the permission needed to store, process and show them to the people the host allows, only to run the service. You confirm that you have the right to upload them.
Plans and payments
The free plan covers one event at a time with the limits shown on our pricing page. Inviteroll Plus is a one-time purchase for a single event; it is not a subscription and does not renew.
Web purchases are processed by Polar, which acts as merchant of record and handles taxes and invoices. Purchases in the iOS app are made through Apple and follow Apple's terms. Prices may differ by country and payment channel.
Refunds: for a web purchase, email [email protected] within 14 days; we refund unless the event has already taken place. Purchases made in the iOS app are refunded by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Where the law in your country gives you more rights, those rights apply.
Acceptable use
Do not use Inviteroll to send spam, collect other people's data, interfere with the service, get around plan limits, or break the law. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Inviteroll available and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is". Keep your own copies of photos that matter to you. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You can delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if these terms are broken, and will tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country.
